Mobile measure & quote for new-build security screens, flyscreens and barrier screens across North Lakes’ masterplanned estates.
North Lakes has grown from pine plantation into one of Moreton Bay’s largest masterplanned communities since the estate began in 1999, and new precincts are still being built out today. Most homes are brick-and-render builds from the last two and a half decades, with a growing number of townhouses and units around the town centre and Lake Eden precincts. It’s a young, family-heavy suburb, and new-build security screens and flyscreens are usually the first upgrade owners make once the builder-standard locks and stock screens are in.
We’ve measured and installed in North Lakes homes across both standalone houses and townhouse blocks, working around body corporate requirements where they apply. Whether you’re in an established pocket near the lakes or a newer release further out, we bring the measure-and-quote process to your door.
Most North Lakes homes come with builder-standard door and window locks — these aren’t certified security screens. We supply and install CommandeX SecureView Eclipx and Xceed security screen doors and security screen windows, custom-made to fit whatever you’ve got — hinge doors, sliding doors, sliding windows, fixed, casement or awning windows — paired with matching flyscreens so the whole house gets covered in one visit.
Want security screening on a smaller budget? CommandeX Diamond Grille and BasiX barrier screens give North Lakes homes a lower-cost entry point, still measured and installed by us.
We also supply blinds for North Lakes homes wanting a full window-furnishing upgrade alongside their security screens — ask when you book your quote.
We don’t run a showroom — we bring the samples to you. Book a free measure & quote, and we’ll come to your North Lakes home with sample frames and mesh so you can see and feel the options before deciding. We measure every door and window on site, so the quote you get is for a screen custom-made to fit, not an estimate.
Yes. We measure and install in townhouse and unit blocks across North Lakes as well as standalone houses, and we’re happy to work with whatever your body corporate requires for approval before installation.
Usually not. Builder-standard door and window locks and stock screens fitted during construction aren’t certified security products. Most North Lakes homeowners have genuine security screens supplied and installed separately after handover.
You book a free quote, we come to your North Lakes home with samples, measure every door and window you want covered, and give you a price on the spot. There’s no showroom to visit — the whole process happens at your house.
Yes — North Lakes sits inside our regular North Brisbane / Moreton Bay service run, along with Mango Hill, Griffin, Kallangur and Redcliffe. Get in touch and we’ll confirm a time that works.
The lock. Builder-standard screens and cheaper barrier screens fitted during North Lakes’ ongoing estate rollout typically use a single-point lock, which under AS 5039 doesn’t qualify as a security door at all. Every SecureView Eclipx or Xceed screen we install here comes standard with an approved triple-point locking system instead, which is what actually earns it AS 5039 security-door certification.
Alongside North Lakes, we regularly service Mango Hill, Griffin and Kallangur (dedicated pages for these areas are coming soon), as well as Redcliffe. If your suburb isn’t listed yet, call us — there’s a good chance you’re still inside our service run.
